Percy Jackson and The Olympians
I have always been a fantasy girly and between bigger books (anything above 300 pages) I like to do a palette cleanser. For a while this was the Series of Unfortunate Events, until book 3 and it seemed those children would not know peace--until 10 more books or so. I decided to give the Percy Jackson series a try since i'd found books 2 and 3 in my local free library. I was instantly hooked, reading the entire series in two weeks.
